BA (Hons) MSc MRTPI

Keir joined Brooke Smith Planning in September 2008 after previous experience in the private sector. Prior to this he graduated from UCE Birmingham with a 1st Class BA (Hons) degree in Town and Country Planning.

Keir has recently completed an MSc in Property Development (RICS & RTPI Accredited) at Birmingham City University and has now enrolled on the APC Graduate Schemes to become a Member of the RTPI and RICS.

Keir’s role involves assisting more senior members of the team with planning appraisals, applications, appeals and the discharge of conditions at post determination stage.
