Will joined Brooke Smith Planning in 2005. Will has a wide range of planning experience having previously worked in the public sector at both County and District level dealing with appeals, enforcement and development control.

He represents a number of clients and has experience in working on a variety of projects including residential, retail, commercial and mixed uses covering both site appraisals and planning/listed building applications.
