Andy works for Brooke Smith Planning on a consultancy basis as a Senior Planner.

He has previously worked for both GVA Grimley and Turley Associates and has developed a wealth of planning knowledge, leading on a number of projects covering housing, employment, retail and commercial projects across the Midlands. Andy has also previously represented the Highways Agency in the East Midlands.
