Various schemes, reflecting the expansion of the College and its merger with North Birmingham College, have included the refurbishment and reinstatement of the Grade I listed ‘Moat House’ and the erection of a new technology block and a major teaching block.

Other work has included the redevelopment of an existing campus in Great Barr for residential purposes and masterplanning of a new Campus at Perry Bar.
