The Practice has successfully obtained planning permission for the first drive-through Costa Coffee outlet in Birmingham.
The facility in Calthorpe Road,Edgbaston has achieved planning consent for landowners Calthorpe Estates and will see the sensitive conversion and extension of a Grade II listed building.
The building, which was used for commercial purposes, will include an internal seating area as well as the drive-through element. The design has maintained the integrity of the original town house, whilst introducing a new build element which complements the existing Georgian building, introducing a new use to reflect C21st market demands.
