Brooke Smith Planning Becomes Part of Arcadis

As of 1st March 2017, Arcadis has further grown its planning and development presence by acquiring one of the UK’s leading independent planning and development practices. Birmingham-based Brooke Smith Planning, becomes part of Arcadis, adding to the business’ leading positon in built and natural asset design and consultancy.

Established in 1994, Brooke Smith Planning brings over two decades of experience and knowledge in the housing, commercial and public sectors to Arcadis’ existing planning offer. The expanded team will operate across the breadth of Arcadis markets, guiding clients in assessing the development potential of their landed assets, national policy and development plan making. They will also help clients navigate the complexities of the planning and development management process, appeals, high court action and judicial reviews.
